I gave him a hood and a pumpkin head, and then a tattooed body. His name is "The Pierrot Gang." So he doesn't actually have a name, that's just the name of his gang :D

I challenge you to a thug mastermind duel. We'll see who creates the highest level thug mastermind indeed!

(if nothing else, I'm very curious as to what 2 gang wars are like going off at the same times).

You can duel at the arena in Port Oakes if you're actually serious about that part. Observers can watch as flying (and destroyable) cameras.

P.S. I have a level 7 thug mastermind, Tommy Two Legs, a misunderstood kid who likes guns.
