Need advice/suggestions

I'm looking for fun and zesty ideas for my forthcoming super villain. Looking for something Martian, that I can tie into the power sets. My plan for the Cosmic Hippo did not work out, so I need help (yes, more than usual).

Please allow your creative juices to flow, I don't mind going way out there.

PS. why are they called creative juices?

Not too Mars related, but Depleted Uranium is getting a new arch enemy - a radiation corrupter named Enriched Uranium. Hypothetically speaking anyway.

Shame on you for not knowing of Barsoom!! It's what Martians call Mars :)

I have created (the mastermind of) Mars. I probably need to rework him, since I failed to give him yellow bulbous eyes, and he's got some green spikes sticking out of the top of his orange suit, but he's in the ballpark.
