This is the Unreal Engine 3. Epic let it get out last week that they have already been working on the Unreal Engine 4 (due between 2007-2009) for past 2 years.

haha true I'm quite interested to see what kind of machine is needed to run that on MINIMUM specs but nonetheless what it needs I will have if I don't already.
