So it turns out based on + to crit and normal stats -aside from the boots (http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=16675)- I'm "done" with the Beaststalker set with my hunter, Caliber (http://wow.allakhazam.com/profile.html?41956).
The gear I have is all better than the rest of the beaststalker set. It's kind of a shame. The way that agility works for hunters is that for every 53 points in agility you get +1% to crit. However, the gear I have either already has higher agility and stamina, or has +1% to crit and better stats. So aside from the marginally useful set bonuses (with aren't worth dropping the gear I have, and the full set is pretty fucking ugly) I need to venture into MC for better gear.
So use this post to list the class items you have, what you have that may be better than the class items (or link allakhazam (http://wow.allakhazam.com)) and discuss if your set bonuses are worth getting the full set.
