As previously mentioned in this (http://www.martiancartel.com/forum/showthread.php?t=27) thread, the attendance for World of Warcraft is dropping and it's becoming difficult to get a group of Martians together.
It's been proposed that turn out might be better if there were a few days that we agreed to play or attempted to be on at the same time frame. Please reply in detail with which days are most convenient for you if you agree the idea has merit, or reply with why you don't think the idea has merit.
You can pick as many or as few days as are applicable in the poll.

My most available nights will be Wednesday and Thursday. On Fridays that I don't have plans, I can play much later than during the week. That's pretty subjective, though, as I usually play till 3 or 4 am during the week. :(

I can play regularly on Sunday - Thursday nights. My Friday and Saturday playing time is gone. As for playing time, I can pretty much be on any time from 8pm - midnight eastern time. I can go a little later than midnight to finish something up, but not much later and generally not more than once a week.
I have been playing as much as ever (which is to say, every night, lately), but mostly my Horde characters on Bloodscalp. I try to be on Ventrillo though, so if I'm needed (or even wanted) for something on Arthas, just let me know.

Also keep in mind that the Smackdowns will be resuming on Sunday nights later this month starting at either 9 or 10 p.m. Eastern and lasting roughly an hour or so depending on organization.
6 or 7 p.m. Eastern
Do you mean Pacific?

I am all for the idea of having a few dedicated days to play every week. I think, we all agree that Fridays and Saturdays are among the "off" candidates, which suits me very well too. In the past, Thursday was a very slow day, but if we commit to it, maybe we can change that. Tuesday and Thursday are probably better for me than Wednesday, but I am generally flexible. Oh, and it would be nice if we could show up close to the same time too so that we can get to bed before 3:00 AM. :)

So what ever came out of this poll? I saw many people on during the weeknights (yesterday we were 8), but we still seem to be incapable of organizing some group fun. We were all over the map, some playing lowbies, some highbies.
I am also a bit disappointed that I missed the ZF, Mara, and ST runs although I was on almost every night. I dumped my Mara quests, but I (and some of you who helped me) invested too much time and effort into getting the ST quests to dump them now. If that means having to put up with yet another pickup group (my experiences in ZF were rather bad), so be it. I'd much rather hang out with you guys though.

I don't think it's as much the day as it is the time that's the problem. Everyone want's to do instances, but it takes until 10pm or so most nights for enough people to get on to do that, and that's a 5 man instance. On work nights, I pretty much have to be in bed by midnight eastern, although I'll stay up a half hour if we're already well into the instance run. Postal leaves even earlier than I do. Ideally, we need to be starting instance runs by 8:30 or 9pm, at the latest, and it isn't happening.

I can switch my time over to a pali I have sitting on Arthas or start up a new one there, but I'm not going to do it just for the hell of it. I'd want to play with others. If someone could help me level up once or twice a week, I could probebly hit 30 within a month.
Thrusdays are generally the best, but any Monday thru Thursday will work better than the weekend.
Say... 9ish to midnight on the weekdays CST?

You have a good point there. I had to go through another round of negotiations over guilt-free gaming with the hubby; that's why I did not make it online earlier than 10PM this week. The agreement reached was that I can play as amuch as I want on Mon, Tue, Thu. I usually don't make it home from work before 8 PM, but I could commit to being online by 9PM at the latest.
One problem I see with that, however, is to integrate guildies from the West Coast. Budly's DPS would come in handy now that we lost 2 of our rogues to Blizzard and a rival guild.

I made the decision and went ahead with a level up for Krimet on Arthas. I also joined Hopewithin there, so if you see me on, feel free to give me a quick hello. My Aggramar character will be seeing some down time for a few weeks.
Also, I hope to get up high enough to join the MC and HW for some of these joint runs in a month or two.
