Do we have anyone who can make my weapons glow? Taitwo will be using her current staff for the forseable future, and Tai is on a mission to get a new weapon, so I would finally like to splurge for flashy glowiness. I would prefer an int buff, but will take whatever is available. I'll be happy to gather the recipe ingredients whereever possible too :)

I can help you out there. I may even have some of the mats in the bank.

I would like to get on this deal and I would collect whatever is needed as well.

Orion do you know which enchants give what glows? Can you maybe make a list?

That would really help, these are the ones I've been able to identify so far.

beastslaying - red glow
+dmg - blue glow
demonslaying - fiery glow
icy weapon - white glow
lifestealing - purple glow
crusader - white glow
unholy weapon - i guess it's orbiting spheres?
elemental slayer - red glow

Unfortunately, I was hoping the +int ones would also glow, I shall ponder..

I think unholy is a black cloud around the weapon. Looks pretty cool but the enchant sucks. I'd like to see 5 distinct elements in the game balanced out like a typical RPG. Holy, some type of unholy, fire, ice, and nature. Unholy seems pretty useless at this point, and Holy is just some arbitrary extra damage like arcane.

Speaking of enchanting, Gernblansten made it to artisan enchanter thanks to my bros and now I would like to try to only have to do one more ulda run to finish out the master enchanter list. Unfortunately this means buttloads of mats to level whilst there. The only thing I am terribly short on is greater nether essence, by about 23 :( and it is currently going for the ridiculous price of 4g each. So if anybody has any lying around that they can spare, it would be greatly appreciated and the glows would freely flow :)

sounds like disenchanting black mageweave headbands yields many of those

I'd love to have some useful glows on Kurage's weapons, but realistically, he'd be better off with weapon chains if anyone can hook me up (so to speak).

I believe Quaron can make those if you need 'em.

Tai can too, I'll whip up a couple for you next time I'm online. (a couple of hours or so) :)

I got around that dilemma by wearing some gloves from DM that make me immune to disarm (called deathgrips or something like that). I have the fiery enchant on both of my onehand weapons, and +dmg on my favorite twohander. I suspect there are more gear items out there that have an immune-to-disarm effect on them.
