OK. They made all 3 Lord of the Rings movies at the same time, too, though. Also, I didn't think the last 2 Matrix movies sucked. They weren't as good as the first, but "sucked" is definitely not the word.

Erm, which Matrix was it that introduced the "Software Architect"? Because that one sucked. While the special effects might still have been worth watching, the story just went off into la la land.

(As someone who spends a lot of time in la-la land, I can vouch for the above)

I kinda think the last two Matrix movies sucked, too... except for the cool car chase part in the second one.

Eh, regardless of your opinion of the last two Matrix movies, using the fact that they were made at the same time as reason to believe the next two Pirates movies will be of similar quality = dum dum thing.

Also, since I can never tell how serious bridude's being, saying that an opinion on one movie suggests bad taste in all movies = dum dum thing as well.

I have to agree with Circuit, although the last two Matrix movies didn't seem to meet everyone's expectations I don't think the dual filming had anything to do with that. I still enjoyed them very much.

I can't wait for the new Pirates. I have heard Keith Richards makes a cameo (since Depp based his character on him), is there any truth to that??
