I have inherited over 60 stringed instruments, over 30 of which are vintage guitars.
anyone looking for one? Most are well under $200 and as low as $50... but if you are into it, i have a $1600 Ibanez 1970's Double Neck.

That is a lot of instruments.
I have enough musical ability to justify looking at a nice picture of a guitar. Maybe.
What limited musical ability I have is entirely in the realm of percussion. That sounds like a pretty serious collection.
Also, I feel like I should be selling something on here.

An actual inheritence? Umm, yeah, I might be interested.

Any Bass? I played bass a bit in a former life.
any banjos or mandolins or fiddles that you would be looking to sell? :)
for that matter, my brother-in-law collects guitars and would probably be interested in seeing your list for sale.

ask for my facebook.. i'll add you. I have pictures of MOST of the guitars.. yes.. there are mandolins, Bouzoukis, even a BANJOLIN. There is a bass or two... and other assorted instruments..
want a bass lute?
seriously. or an AWESOME 5 string Domino Banjo? (circa 1920's, i think)
Let me PM you my email, I don't do Facebook, but yes, sounds like you have plenty I'd be interested in indeed. (quite possibly that banjo) :cheer: I have an awesome lute already but can't play it for the life of me, but I am slowly getting better on the 5 string banjo. (I ought to be fantastic in about 30 years)

Mandolin, eh? Tuned the same as a violin, but played with a pick. I might have to try one. How much are they running (and are they any good)?

Thank you very much, I know I'm in for a mando for sure and probably that banjo. :)
(and my wife is drooling anticipation to see the guitar list - you might get a FB friends request from a Sharon...)
