Tai and I were investigating this area in southern Darkshore, and we'd just finished beating up some Twilight Thugs, and there was an altar with a book on a stand to either side of it. Tai walked near one of the books, and the book flew open and arm flew out and knocked Tai on his ass.

The thread title refers to saying Klaatu, Barada, Nikto before opening the Book of the Dead...from the Evil Dead movies.

It's all part of a quest given out by the big tree ancient in that stone circle.

I look forward to attempting it with my lowbie when she gets to that point, I am excited to try the elf area quests, as I never did them with Tai.

We were doing Paladin's quests, and he kept running back to that ancient, so maybe that's what we were doing. I was just along as muscle (yep, a muscled priest!) to kill anything that got in his way :)
