Foe said I was unbanned, but I didn't believe him.
Anyhow, after talking to JR and seeing Ned's Quarter to Three post, I came over and looked around and I noticed that even users not logged in can see the contents of the WRITE! forum.
Most publishers will view the contents as having been published, and depending on your intentions with the stories you work on here, this may later impact your ability to market and potentially sell the stories. Unless you are already well-known, most short story publishers want first rights to a story, and you would have to explain that you already published on a website.
Some care, some don't, but to be safe you might consider only allowing registered viewers the ability to see this forum. The established writing group sites do this not to stop people from seeing stories before they are ready for prime time, but mores o to protect the authors from losing the option to publish their stories as they see fit.
