Nothing really new or revealing here. I think his points are all valid, although the exclamation point over quest-givers was first used by Blizzard in Diablo back in 1995 (the olden days). His most important point may be that WoW positions itself squarely as a game first and a "world" second. The whole experience is very directed, unlike some other MMOs that aim for more of a sandbox experience (like the original SWG).
