You can upload an avatar via the User CP in the top left corner of the forum.

I don't have avitars enabled, cant seem to find the enable button or lever, and haven't found the 'upload your martian' column.
what did I miss?

I'm with Medic. I can upload an avatar, at least i think through the USER CP edit profile picture but the enable avatar button is not clickable.
