Tai,

What is your BF2 ingame name? When I ran into you the other night my friend was on my account and he'd never played before, thus the stuttered communication.

We need to meet up and blast some goons soon.

It was fun finding you! :) I was having trouble chatting and dodging bullets anyway :eek:

In regards to my handle, at the moment it is NOVA|Tai, someone has stolen just plain Tai, so I am still trying to come up with a new name without the NOVA tag (NOVA is done with BF2).

Then again, I'll probably still pub with my NOVA|Tai one, and use the other one solely for matches, so you can still find me that way. If you are looking for some competition play, we can be found at www.teamofgentlemen.com. :)

It's variable, but I would say the best way to find us is to hit this:

It's already got all the QB guys on it too (eg, I see you on Nova-Games.com.. different NOVA btw), and if I change my tag I will add it to that list.

I usually play on windycitygamers.com server. Other than that I just use the "play it now" and join wherever it connects me.

The new patch is pretty nice, and it offers more options on the 'tag', as well as lowered requirements for ranks, which is nice. :)

So true, I actually have 3 unlocks now, where before I was never going to get my second one - I don't put in hours and hours like some other people I know. I still prefer Assault and the m203 as my favorite loadout though, so I unlocked the Spec Ops, Medic, and Anti Tank guns. :)

Definitely. I logged in after the patch, made two kills and gained two ranks. :)

Medic is my favorite loadout and was the first one I unlocked. Odd, I also unlocked the Spec Ops and the Anti-Tank. Although the Anti-Tank was an accident (I meant to unlock the Engineer) I'm really liking it a lot. That rapid fire shotgun type thingie is quite fun. It makes me feel like Circuit in MoH! :jester:

Arm snubbed me tonight!
I joined the server he was on and saw he was solo. I formed a squad and sent an invite. He joins me and then 3 seconds later leavecs my squad. I figure it was misclick so I invite him again. He declines! Surely he's made a mistake. One more invite, one more snub :( I check the window and he's joined another squad.
How many players named FoeKilla can there really be? He had to have known it was me. I'm going to go cry myself to sleep now.

actually, when i bought Bf2 and went to create my account 'Armerius" was taken

so i had to use QB|Armerius

which is now outdated.

if i ever meet that guy that took my name..... :spank:

yea, i added myself to that a week ago...

but no.. just plain Armerius isn't me... and i've used that name since around 1995...

such an odd one to usurp, eh? I suppose it COULD just be coincidence.. it is a real word.

QB-Paladin is correct, but for some reason, it was still showing me as offline even though I was on. Anything I need to do in my Battlefield 2 settings to make it work?

Nope, should work right off the bat. A number of us are going to be online at 9pm eastern tonight...
