New Transformers Trailer

A new Transformers trailer has been released on Yahoo! Movies.

This one is a true trailer, and shows some pretty cool footage.

I have decided to stop watching movie trailers for movies I'm sure to see. I'd really like to click on that, though. :(

That looks pretty damn cool. Plus they use the original transform sound effect which is both weird and comforting.

Both Josh and Shia seem to have a dialogue of "No. No, no, no, no NO!" though.

Welcome to my world. I don't understand why trailers have now become little synopsises of the movies often showing you the best parts and spoilers.

Saw it in the theater last night when we saw Shrek 3, it looked pretty good. Lucas was drooling. The only thing I didn't like that I saw was when they transform the camera is in pretty close and you get more of a cgi blur rather than the cool effect that was the cartoons. I think of it as the effect of showing somebody's face and then they start moving their head side to side so fast that it becomes a blur and when they stop they have somebody else's face.
It is one of the first trailers that I have seen in a while that makes me want to actually go see a movie this summer.

That's what sucks about trailers.

But according to Michael Bay, the Transformers trailers don't include some of the cooler stuff from the film.

Having seen that trailer, I doubt it has much of the really cool stuff. The transformations they show are mostly at odd camera angles so you don't get a real good idea of how it'll really look, and they barely show Optimus or any of the non-Bumblebee autobots.

and actors! I'm still not going to watch it. I was sitting in the airport and almost saw the trailer for Pirates of the Carib 3 and had to quickly avert my eyes!

I totally can't wait for this movie although I'm completely scared of the letdown

I saw the first transformers movie in the theater, I can only hope this one comes close

the fact that they got peter cullen as optimus helps tremendously...even if he does have lips
