Smackdown 170: Sing Sing Smash
Date: Sunday, March 11th
Time: 6 p.m. PDT, 7 p.m. Central, 9 p.m. EDT
Game: UT2004
Gametype: Jailbreak
Mutator: BonusCombos, Pinata2k4
Map: JB-IndusRage2

We will be doing Jailbreak again.

Two important changes to note:

New starting time! We will be starting one hour earlier than normal - 9 p.m. Eastern. This is to better facilitate any possible post-SD shenanigans.
Daylight Savings Time! DST starts earlier this year and will be in effect this coming Sunday. Make sure your clocks are set the night before. Spring forward and all that.

You already have it.

It's likely only in your cache, so you'll need a program that can pull it from there to use in your own games. Or you can wait for me to get it onto the Martian site later today. :)

EDIT: Or just grab it from FileFront (http://files.filefront.com/+Pinata2k4/;3787697;;/fileinfo.html).

We've used it a lot, so you probably already have it. It's the mod that makes players drop random stuff when they die.

I can't make it due to the fact that i don't like smackdowns that are evenly divisible by 10, and i'll be on a ski trip to Vermont.

Mostly it's because of the ski trip though. I'm hoping, through immersion therapy to overcome my irrational fears by SD180

no, that's just when the next smackdown equally divisible by 10 ::shudder:: will be. If i were going to be in VT that long, i'd take time out to play SmackDown on sundays.

Dunno, winter in Vermont ought to last another 10 weeks or so easy. Are you going to Stowe, or Sugarbush? Stop at the Cabot cheese place and get lotsa cheese! I once nailed an SUV in that parking lot, it was great. =P

oh, I hit it with my VW Golf trying to make the turn into the parking lot. Ice and all that. I was good, I aimed at his tire. No damage resulted. Have lots of fun!

Apologies again for the fuzzy text. I normally crop the scores but JB spreads the info out all over the place so I must shrink and compress, which looks pretty ugly unless I leave the screenshots ginormous, filesize-wise.

Worked for me. Sorry I didn't stick around for any post-SD activities, but I was so thoroughly pissed at Vent by the time it was over, I just shut my computer down. I think I was having 'net issues, as I was running into web sites I couldn't view all day yesterday, but only certain ones. I think Vent was the same problem... I could connect to the server, but whatever route it was taking to get there was so long, I was probably lagging out. Didn't seem to be affecting my connection to the game server though, maybe a hair more lag than I got usually.

I didn't realize you guys were so close. Next time i'm heading out there, we should set something up. Hopefully next time i go, it will be for more than 2 days too!
