Anyone know what's happend to the vent server?

Sorry, Loggy is not in the office today, so I can't tell him that vent is down. And since he hardly ever plays anymore, he may not realize it died on us any time soon. :( Let's hope he reads this thread soon. Or that vent is back up on its own tonight.

If it's still down tonight I can put up my Ventrilo server. It is the old version so you would need the Ventrilo 2.1.3 client to connect to it. My bandwidth isn't as fancy as the server that hosts Log's Ventrilo but it should be able to handle 6 or 8 people.

I don't think you can download the older version of vent anymore. I tried it once before, and I could not find it on the website. But maybe it's just me. I admit to not being the best informed person when it comes to stuff like that. (You could also call me a dummy. :yay: )

I have like the last 3 versions lying around somewhere and can make them available if/when needed.

I called up Loggy and gave him a hard time. No, actually I didn't. My mom always said that I need to be nice to people when I want something from them.

Anyway, he said that he will look into it. He thinks that maybe his subscription expired. He had not seen Fitty's post but suggested on his own that we might use Fitty's vent server since he does not know how long it will take him to fix his vent matters. (He's out somewhere in CA trying to beat me on Frequent Flyer Status. Or maybe he's doing work. :bg: )
