Link to 1.7 (55meg) patch (http://www.jckrbbt.com/files/wow-1.6.1.4544-to-1.7.0-enus-patch.exe) should be much faster than the bittorrent.

now there's a surprise, Shaman (and other bulls) can ride wolves, huh? Is that in addition to their normal big lizard thingy mounts? Can anyone else ride wolves or just Tauren?

I think any horde race EXCEPT tauren could ride wolves prior to this patch.

I am having the same problem. It seems that it downloaded only 24 MB of the 53. No clue what's going on. :(
