I think he has needed to finish quests in ST since the end of the Spanish American War. if this is not the case, perhaps he has finally cracked and we should all move to our respective safehouses.

We've run ST many times in the past week, and have curtailed the run down to about 90 minutes. With 60s, I think we could trim it even further. I would be happy to run you through if you can let me and 3 other players with 60s know what day you can be online at the same time we are. All of us (except Q, who hates you) would love to help.
