I'm engaged!

I got engaged this week!!! :)

She's quite an incredible woman. I'll share more and have some pics up sometime this week. The past few days have consisted of gluing a cell phone to my head can calling everyone I can think of. :yay:

Thanks for all the well wishes! We've not set an exact date, but right now it's looking to be sometime in May. All I know is that I'm ready to marry this girl. :)

Yes Tai, that'd be nice to chat sometime. It seems I never get to ramble on IRC until about 2 or 3am CST due to work and whatnot.

As for hamburger man, we actually talked to him on the phone yesterday. Hah! He's a newlywed himself and is doing well consuming 8 Whoppers per day... all in the face hugging style of that picture.

And good luck with the crazy wedding planning - it can be a very stressful experience, but usuallly worth it in the end.

If you need advice on any of the pre-wedding stuff, feel free to post. I know at least a couple of people (myself included) have gotten married recently and so the experience is still fresh in our minds. My first anniversary is coming up 10/3 and I can't believe it's been almost a year already.
