My friend upstairs has a 9 year old son and is in the process of setting up a separate XP account for him to use. He would also like some kind of browser filtering software to prevent his son from getting to the sorts of sites that are brimming over in dear old dad's bookmarks folder.

Any recommendations I could pass along to him?
