Issue 8: To Protect and Serve is now on the test server. The big news is they've finally fixed the trams. :P

Note that Veteran Rewards are not included on the test server yet but will be patched in later.

Hmm. That's sort of a surprise. I figured they wouldn't even mess with it until after the Halloween thingy.
