Circuit and I recently got talking about Insane again, one of my favoritest games evar. It's an offroad racing game that came out a few years back that has a very fun King of the Hill mode that I think would be great for a smaller Smackdown-type dealie. Given that the game is basically out of print, it might be tough scrounging up copies, so I'm also looking for another good smashy-type game that may fill its place. Arm mentioned Flatout 2 in another thread and Circuit also raised it as a possibility. There's no demo, apparently, but Circuit has volunteered to see if it's good by being the guinea pig that buys it.
Any interest in a good smashy racing game for a change-of-pace SD?
I know it might be possible to organize something similar for the 360 but that would exclude a number of us who don't have one yet. Most importantly, me. (My birthday is this month, though, so feel free to lavish extravagant gifts on someone you've never actually met face to face.)
